The long rainy day makes the entire day sucky in every way.

“I get accused of being sentimental with my films, and optimistic. I can only say: “What do you want?”. It’s pretty shitty out there, you want more of it in the cinema? What’s wrong with you? And why obliterate hope?”

…is what people normally do, to the point we’re expected to be in front of the computer monitor and shall be informing the entire world if you’re not there ‘cause you’re just ‘supposed’ to be there all time (people thinks what else could you be doing if not there?)
But there’s this guilt in me whenever a long-distanced friend of mine from Penang who...

…will be my last day at the current place. I’ve decided, after all, handed in an envelope, and finally as usual had a chat with my immediate superior on all these, what she regard to as a ‘sudden change of wind and direction’. Two more months to go, and I would say I don’t really felt anything for what’s in the past Three years. It’s just the kinda thing...
Student: Thank you for your encouragement. We were actually shocked to hear about the “48hour Challenge”, but also excited. We never thought that we are able to design a chocolate box as none of us have any experience on it, so it’s a new challenge for us. Thanks to all teachers, it’s been a very good experience.
*And judging by the way this semester is conducted, I'll look forward no more for any such 'thank you' notes >.< Sincerely hoping that the very short window of learning this semester would soon bring all of you good.
Student: We really want to thank you for the help and all of your supervision, suggestions, and opinions during our final year project. Also need thank you for helping us request a short-throw projector, although we didn't get to use it on time. If only there's a chance for a second showcase.
*It's been a great time and experience just working together on this project for the past months, regardless of the good or bad times. You've all performed your best, and I look forward to see more after you've completed your BA. All the very best, and safe journey!

…cake. Tappy bought a chocolate fudge cake from the pastry, wanting to share it with Beady on one fine day. That night Tappy brought the cake to Beady’s home at the hilltop, thinking that Beady will be there to have a taste of the chocolate fudge together on a special day.
Unfortunate for Tappy, Beady is out with other friends even knowing Tappy is sending her a chocolate fudge cake,...

Staff: Yes?
Me: Hi, I wanna pay my bills.
Staff: Cash or credit card?
Me: Cash.
Staff: Sorry the system down is down. I can't key in for any payments.
Me: ...(*thinking why did she bother asking?)
They convinced you to use their services, pay upfront deposits, and give you shitty after-sales services forgetting you're the customer.
